Amazing pool and quiet relaxing area felt undisturbed. Pool has a fountain, and lights for the evening which extended our use. Good value for money. Good management of the property Magda was super friendly and resolved issues/questions instantly, The accommodation is on the ground floor ( upstairs is locked but no one was living there so the use was exclusive). The layout is simple open plan lounge diner with a small traditional kitchen. Barbecue outside was useful. Very quiet in the countryside and vineyards, car essential as need to travel through rural roads to reach property , not suitable if you want walking access shops bars etc but close enough to drive to local towns for restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend Arta market on a Saturday, coves del drach, Porto cristo, all of the stunning beaches and coastlines and coastal villages in the area were within easy reach (20-40 mins) drive. Loved the tranquility and calm atmosphere of the area. We will return.

Benvingut a aquesta bonica casa rural situada a Son Prohens (Felanitx). Té capacitat per a 5 persones.
Els exteriors són molt bonics, disposa d'una piscina de clor de 10 x 5 m amb una profunditat que va de 1.15 a 2 m, una àmplia terrassa, un porxo totalment equipat, una taula de ping posa amb raquetes i pilotes, i una barbacoa per als amants de la cuina. La casa de 155 m2 distribuïts en una sola planta, disposa d'un saló molt acollidor, amb un sofà i TV-SAT. El menjador, obert a aquest espai, està equipat amb una taula i cadires. La cuina, independent i de gas, té tot el necessari perquè pugui cuinar sense cap problema. Hi ha una rentadora, planxa i taula de planxar. Tenen tres dormitoris amb llit de matrimoni. Hi ha disponibilitat per un bressol i una trona en una d'elles. Hi ha un bany amb banyera que dóna servei a tota la casa.
La casa està situada a 4 km de Felanitx on trobarà tot tipus de serveis a la seva disposició. A Felanitx, els diumenges hi ha un mercat on podrà trobar productes locals i artesanals, fruites, verdures, tèxtils, etc; i en Santanyí el mercat és els dissabtes. A la zona podrà visitar al Castell de Santueri. Per als amants del golf, a tan sols 11 km hi ha el Golf Vall d'Or. A pocs km hi ha cales com Portocolom, Cala d'Or, Cala Mondragó, Portopetro, Cala Figuera, Cala Murada, i moltes altres cales amb molt d'encant.
El camí d'accés a la finca és compartit amb un veí familiar.

[+] Die Finca ist sehr ruhig gelegen, umgeben von Weinstöcken, es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn. Für uns als Familie mit zwei lebhaften Kinder war das genau richtig. Der Pool ist wunderschön und riesig. Das Haus und die Einrichtung sind rustikal und traditionell. Wir mochten es sehr! Der Kontakt zur Besitzerin war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Es war ihr wichtig, dass es und gut geht. Wir würden wiederkommen!

An amazing finca. Perfect if you want peace and quiet. We had the most relaxing break. You really are in the middle of nowhere so a car is essential. Lidl in Felanitz (the closest town) is very reasonably priced compared to their stores in the more popular resorts, we shopped there daily and mostly barbecued. Calla de Mallorca is less than half an hour by car and a beautiful resort with 2 beaches if you want to go day tripping. Magda our host was so helpful and accommodating.
Veure mès Tolle Finca! Sehr schöner und gepflegter Außenbereich. Das Pool ist super und ideal um Längen zu schwimmen. Lage ist perfekt wenn man ungestört sein will. Es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn, man hört nur die Vögel und andere Tiere im Umfeld. Kaum Verkehr. Check-in und -out waren unkompliziert und professionell. Unsere Betreuerin Magda war jederzeit für uns da und hat sich sehr persönlich um uns gekümmert, dabei aber auch immer die Privatsphäre respektiert. Großes Lob für sie und die Hausverwaltung! Es wird sehr viel Wert auf das Haus und den Außenbereich gelegt, man sieht, dass es allen wichtig ist, die Finca und den Außenbereich zu pflegen und die Authentizität zu erhalten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier wohnen. Preis/Leistung haben auch gepasst. Lage ist auch toll, nur ca. 35-40 min mit dem Auto vom Flughafen oder zum nächsten Strand (sofern man das Pool überhaupt verlassen will....). Die nächstgelegene Stadt ist Felanitx, sie bietet eine gute Infrastruktur um Lebensmittel zu kaufen und sich zu versorgen, ansonsten ist die Stadt aber nicht so prickelnd, das ist aber egal wenn man ein Auto hat und bereit ist für ein Abendessen in die nächste Stadt zu fahren... Die Finca ist aber wie gesagt sehr empfehlenswert, ein echter Glücksgriff! Freue mich auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt dort....

Alojamiento con gran encanto. La estancia ha sido fenomenal. La atención recibida por parte de la anfitriona ha sido de matrícula. Un encanto de mujer y siempre me atenta y predispuesta. Estar rodado de viñedos es una maravilla. Casa muy tranquila sin vecinos cerca y la piscina es de lujo.

Wir (Paar mit 12 Jährigem Kind) hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Finca. Die Finca war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und befindet sich in einer schönen, ruhigen Lage (Mit den Koordinaten problemlos zu finden). Der Pool war ein absoluter Traum. Die Kommunikation war absolut Klasse, sodass selbst ein kurzfristig späterer Check In , aufgrund von Flug Verspätung, kein Problem darstellte. Die Besitzerin des Hauses war äußerst sympatisch und bei Problemen (Wasserpumpenausfall) innerhalb von 10 Minuten bei uns. Empfangen wurden wir mit Getränken und Gebäck - vielen Danke nochmal dafür.

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Aussenbereich ist wirklich toll mit dem grossen Sitzplatz und den wunderschönen Pool. Es ist alles exakt wie auf den Fotos! Magda, die Eigentümerin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und wir hätten sie jederzeit kontaktieren dürfen während unseres Aufenthalts. Das Haus liegt etwas ausserhalb von Felanitx, jedoch mit dem Auto prima zu erreichen. Ein kleiner Tipp dazu aber noch: umbedingt zuhause schon mal nach der Adresse im Navi suchen (am besten mit den GPS-Koordinaten, die nach der Buchung von Bettina mitgeteilt werden). Unser Navi fand leider die angegebene Adresse nicht und so kurvten wir eine Weile herum, bis wir die richtige Strasse fanden :) Wir würden dieses Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen!
