Enjoy the sea and the beach in this beautiful wooden house for 5 people in Playa de Oliva.
The wooden house is located within a complex in front of the beach, and there you will find everything you need to spend an unforgettable sun and beach holiday. Outside, there is a 3.5 x 6 m communal pool with a water depth of up to 1.3 m. The pool is kept clean with chlorine. In the common area you will find sun loungers, parasols, tables, chairs and cosy areas. The complex has a barbecue area and a wood-burning stove in the communal dining area. The house has a private, furnished terrace ideal for breakfast or a dinner with friends and family.

The functional living - dining room has large windows and is open to the small kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and all the necessary utensils you need for cooking. In total there are 2 bedrooms, one is furnished with 2 single beds and the other with 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed. A shower bath completes the cottage. A baby bed and high chair can be provided upon request. There is a communal laundry room with 4 washing machines.

Oliva is situated in a privileged area on the Valencian Mediterranean coast. Large beaches with fine sand beaches and clear water make this area popular in summer. Besides many water sports, hiking and cycling are also a good alternative. In the town 3.5 km away Oliva there are all the services you need for an independent holiday.

The pool is open from April to October from 10am to 10pm.
The opening hours of the bar are from 10 am to 2 pm.
The Jacuzzi is open from 1st of April till 31th of October. It offers only cold water (it can't be heated).
