Enjoy the Mallorcan summer with great style in this quiet agrotourism with villas or apartments for 4 guests. It is located in the east of Mallorca in Sant Llorenç des Cardassar.
The days will be too short in the wonderful exteriors of the agrotourism. The communal pool is chlorine and measures 24 x 6 meters while the depth ranges from 1 to 1.6 meters. You can sunbathe in the fantastic solarium area, or sit and relax under the thatched roof. The agroturismo has other fantastic common areas where to continue enjoying the Mediterranean weather.

There are apartments on the ground or first floor of each house. Each apartment has a private, furnished terrace for a coffee break in the afternoon or a social evening with friends. The 104m2 are distributed on one floor. With high-quality designer equipment you will be immediately impressed by the interior design. The living - dining area is open to the kitchen and with comfortable sofas, dining table for 4 people, satellite TV and centralized air conditioning, the ideal place for hours together. In the kitchen is a ceramic hob, dishwacher, etc. is installed and it has all the essential utensils for you to cook during your stay. In the complex there is a communal laundry with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. To rest, there are 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. One bedroom has a shower room "en suite", another shower room is accessible to all residents.

The country hotel offers breakfast in the communal restaurant.

The beautiful complex is located in the municipality of Sant Llorenç de Cardassar, in the east of Mallorca. In Sant Llorenç, a small village dominated by agriculture, all major services are offered for an independent finca holiday. The nearest sandy beach, in S'Illot, is about 8,8km away. Places in the area, such as Manacor, Cala Millor or Costa dels Pins, are definitely worth a visit. For a change, visit the caves of Porto Cristo "Las Cuevas del Drac" or Artá, you will not regret. You can discover other beautiful bays such as Cala Agulla or Cala Mesquida.

Note: We do not accept youth groups under 16 years for this house. We will ask for copies of all passports, to confirm any booking. Children under 16 are not permitted.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
