This beautiful, little house is part of a family complex of 10 accommodations, with common areas which include two huge salt water pools of 7,9m x 3,4m, with a depth between 0,9-1,8m, a kids pool with a depth of 45cm and a playground. The common areas also include different terraces, sunloungers and umbrellas to enjoy the mediterranean sun. The house itself also counts with it’s own private, furnished porch, to enjoy relaxed breakfasts or after-dinner conversations.

The 44m2 sized apartment is decorated in a rustic and charming way with unique details like the wooden column made of a branch. The kitchenette, living and dining area share the same space. The TV is small but offers satellite channels. The kitchen has only basic equipment to prepare small plates; including a small stove. The bedroom with two twin beds has a wardrobe and access to the terrace. A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request. The bathroom has a shower.

The house is situated between Manacor, Artà and the north coast. The nearest beach is Son Serra de Marina, a natural beach with sand and rocks, ideal to disconnect and relax, but you can also visit the eastern beaches like Cala Millor, Cala Bona. In Manacor you will find all necessary services during your stay, like shops and restaurants.
