Beautiful wood bungalow for 9 people in a holiday resort on the beach of Oliva.
The house is inside a larger complex where you can find everything you need to spend incredible holidays. Outside, there is a 3.5 x 6 m covered communal pool with a water depth of up to 1.3 m. The pool is kept clean with chlorine. In the common area you will find sun loungers, parasols, tables, chairs and cosy areas. The complex has a barbecue area and a wood-burning stove in the communal dining area. The apartment itself has a private, furnished terrace ideal for breakfast or dinner with friends and family.

The the house is spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find the bright living - dining area, the kitchen with all the utensils you need including a gas stove, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each and a bathroom with bath tube. On the first floor are 2 further bedrooms, one with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, the other with 2 single beds and a shower room. The toilet on the first floor is separated from the shower room. In the warm summer months, 3 fans provide cooling. 2 of the bedrooms have a wardrobe. On request, a baby cot and high chair can be provided. There is a communal laundry room with 4 washing machines.

Oliva is located in a privileged area of ​​the Valencian Mediterranean, with a large beach of fine golden sand and shallow water. In addition to the beach and watersports, you can enjoy golf, hiking or cycling to enjoy the sea and mountain landscapes from the highest points. In the village that is 3.5 km away you can find all the services you need for an independent stay.
