The highlight is the shared chlorine pool, which offers picturesque views of the Mallorcan countryside. It measures 12.5 x 6 m, with a depth ranging from 1.2 to 1.9 m, and there’s also a children’s pool for the little ones. Around the pool, you’ll find loungers for soaking up the sun, a barbecue, and various furnished areas ideal for relaxing and spending quality time together.

Inside, the apartment’s traditional Mallorcan style, complemented by high vaulted ceilings, ensures a cosy and comfortable atmosphere. The common areas feature a spacious room with small tables and armchairs. Your ground-floor apartment includes a living-dining room with satellite TV, an open-plan kitchen equipped with induction hobs and all the essentials for cooking, and a bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning, heating, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Children can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, and for families travelling with a baby, we can provide a cot and high chair. There is also access to a shared laundry room for added convenience.

Sa Franquesa Vella is perfectly located for those looking to immerse themselves in the island’s rural lifestyle. The charming village of Vilafranca de Bonany, offering all necessary services such as supermarkets, bars, and restaurants, is nearby. You can also visit other lovely towns like Petra and Manacor. The closest beaches are on the east coast, with Calas de Mallorca as the main one, along with other beautiful spots like Cala Mendia, Cala Romántica, and the breathtaking Cala Varques.
