Enchanting studio for 2 persons, with shared pool, in an agrotourism finca near Manacor.
This studio is part of a family complex of 10 accommodations, with common areas which include two huge salt water pools of 7,9m x 3,4m, with a depth between 0,9-1,8m, a kids pool with a depth of 45cm and a playground. The common areas also include different terraces, sunloungers and umbrellas to enjoy the mediterranean sun. The studio itself also has access to a furnished terrace, to enjoy relaxed breakfasts or after-dinner conversations. A mobile barbecue is available.

This 30m2 studio is situated on the first floor. The inside is traditionally styled with typical wooden beams. It’s all in the same room: two single beds, a table with two chairs and a tiny kitchen area with a vitro hob, microwave and fridge, to prepare breakfast or a basic meal. There is satellite TV and wifi. The bathroom counts with a shower. A baby bed and a high chair are available on request.

The house is situated between Manacor, Artà and the north coast. The nearest beach is Son Serra de Marina, a natural beach with sand and rocks, ideal to disconnect and relax, but you can also visit the eastern beaches like Cala Millor, Cala Bona. In Manacor you will find all necessary services during your stay, like shops and restaurants.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season.
