The apartment, with 120 m2, is perfect for families and groups of friends. There are three bedrooms: two of them have two single beds each and the third one has a double bed. There are two bathrooms, both equipped with shower. There is air conditioning in the corridors that give access to all the bedrooms and in the living room.
This modern apartment is located on the first floor of the building. It has a beautiful terrace furnished with a table and seats where you will be able to enjoy the wonderful views to the sea. Moreover, there is also a small balcony with views to the mountain.
The light-filled living-room is perfect for relaxing, reading a book, surfing on the Internet (WIFI), watching satellite TV or just having a nap. There is a huge window with astonishing views to the sea. The kitchen and dining room have also good views, but to the mountain. You will be provided with everything you could need for preparing your meals during your stay: microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, oven, fridge as well as other kitchen utensils. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Please remember that pets are not allowed.
Cala Sant Vicens is located very close to the sea and surrounded by mountains, it is a very enchanting place. Nearby there are other coves (small beaches) that are also worth a visit; Cala Molins, Cala Carbó, etc. All these beaches have fine-grain sand and crystal clear waters. In Cala Sant Vicens you will find a small supermarket, souvenir shops and some restaurants.
For bigger shopping, more varied gastronomic and leisure offer we recommend you to go to Pollença or Port de Pollença, which are only 15 minutes by car. Pollensa and its surroundings constitute one of the most wonderful areas of Mallorca. It turned to be a favourite place for painters and writers who were visiting the island during the 50s. The village invites you to enjoy summer nights with its historic monuments, tiny streets, old traditions, jazz and classic music concerts, art exhibitions, bars, shops and restaurants with terraces on the Main Square. The most important features in Town are the Roman Bridge and the “Calvari”, which is a tiny church on the top of a hill with 365 steps, from one can enjoy a panoramic view of the village and Pollença bay.
In Port de Pollença there is the Nautical Club where you can find boats of all kinds. From luxury to small coloured fishermen’s boats, it makes a unique scenery. The sea promenade is ideal for walking along and enjoying the great variety of restaurant on it. Sundays are market days in Pollença and Wednesdays in the Port of Pollença. Take the opportunity to buy fresh fruit and vegetable from local producers.
In Port de Pollença you can also do a lot of activities such as kayaking, diving, fishing, cycling, hiking, tennis, golf or horse riding. For sure you will find something of your interest!

NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
