Welcome to this fantastic apartment for 3 people in Port d'Alcúdia, which offers all the comforts for a great holiday as well as access to a communal pool.
The exterior stairs lead you to the fantastic porch where you can enjoy a delicious dinner alfresco after spending the day on the beautiful beach of Alcúdia or in the community pool that is located in the complex opposite, just across the street.

From the porch you enter the apartment where the modern living-dining-kitchen is the true protagonist and presents AC and TV. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and oven. There are two bedrooms in the apartment, the first with a double bed, AC and access to the rear balcony and the second with a single bed. They both offer a TV. The bathroom in the accommodation has a shower. The equipment is completed with a washing machine, iron and ironing board as well as a cot and high chair in case you travel with your baby.

The apartment is located in one of the best tourist areas in Mallorca and just 750 meters from the fabulous beach of Alcúdia that stretches for several kilometers. The area offers all the necessary services for an independent stay as well as a great summer atmosphere with all kinds of entertainment for different times of the day.
