Welcome to this wonderful duplex for 4 people with a shared pool and 400 meters from the Nueva Andalucía beach.
Outside, you can swim and cool off in the large chlorine pool that measures 12 x 7 meters and has a depth ranging from 1 to 2.5 meters. The manicured gardens are perfect for spreading out your towel after your bath. The apartment has a private terrace where you can enjoy a cocktail at dusk.

The modern interior is distributed over two stylishly decorated levels. On the first level there is a kitchen connected to the living room with air conditioning, satellite TV and ceramic hob. Doors lead to the dining area. On the same floor there is a bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. Upstairs you will find the second bedroom, which has two single beds. There is another bathroom with shower for the rest of the accommodation. In the house you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a cot and high chair if you are travelling with your baby.

The apartment is located in the residential area of Nueva Andalucía, 9 km from Marbella, which has all the necessary services for a perfect stay. There are several beaches in the area, such as Puerto Banús beach, Nueva Andalucía beach and San Pedro de Alcántara beach. You can visit the marina of Puerto Banús where they will find luxury yachts, fashion shops and exclusive restaurants; enjoy the nightlife; visit the Old Town of Marbella full of cobbled streets, charming squares and historical buildings; and even go on excursions to the nearby Sierra de las Nieves Natural Park.
