Lovely apartment with a shared swimming pool and seafront views, located at Gandia Beach, feels like a second home and welcoms 6 people.
This apartment has got a 12m x 7m and a depth between 0.7 to 1.9m shared swimming pool (wich is open from 1rst of June to the 30th of September, it also has an outdoor shower.This place are a quiet and familiar meeting point place, so ideal for a hollyday with your dear ones. You can enjoy breakfast at the furnished terrace and a wonderful seafront and beach views.

The iluminated apartment, located at a fourth floor with elevator, disposed of a welcoming living room with air conditioning, an equipped kitchen with vitro hob, a washing room with a washing machine, an irion and an irion board, two bedrooms with two silge beds each, one bedroom with a double bed and two bathrooms with shower, so its ideal for six guests. All rooms have a ceiling fan.

Its located only a minute walk from the thin sand beach, Playa de Gandía, where you can rent hammocks and parasols, play beach volley, practice waterports or have a nice walk at the seaside and port, wich is full of bars, restaurants and ice creams shops. So, the beach offers a wide range of activities for all tastes, depending of what you fancy to do, since resting in the sun to be more active and practice sports.

You can also visit Gandía"s old town, wich not only has excelent restaurants, but a nice historycal story to tell. You can discover more about the past of this city, and visit important and beautiful monuments, like Ducal palace, the nice City Council or Santa Clara"s convent. Ducal palace, from the XIV century, deserves special atention, as it was the first house of Gandia"s first Duke. For nature lovers, it is a must do the trip to Cueva del Parpalló, a very interesting prehistoric site, located at the Mondúver massif.
