Waiting for a great vacation? Maybe as closest to the beach as possible? Then, welcome to this beautiful apartment for 4-5 people located in the Grao of Gandía.
The amazing beach of Gandía is just 750 metres away from this accommodation. You don't need to drive or have a long walk to reach the warm and blue water. In less than 10 minutes you will arrive to the seashore enjoying the nice walk, the best excuse to heat you up and direct to the water once you reach the sand. However, if you prefer to swim in a more family place, the residential shared chlorine pool will be waiting for you. It sizes 13 x 12 metres and the water depth goes from 1.1 to 1.9 metres. There is a children pool sizing 8 x 7 metres and 0.3 metres depth.

The apartment, located on the 2nd floor with elevator, is spacious and cosy, and will make you feel at home. When you enter, you find the great dining area open to the living where you can watch TV or relax on the comfortable sofa. From here you can exit to the covered terrace and enjoy a delicious breakfast or your dinner al fresco in the evening. The kitchen is independent, and it offers an induction top, oven, fridge, microwave and all kitchenware to cook your best dishes. You find the washer right here and the iron and ironing board are at the terrace. There is a bedroom with two twin beds as well as a second dormitory with double bed, and both of them have a wardrobe. One of these two dormitories have space to allocate a cot and a high chair apart from having direct access to the terrace. In case there is coming an extra person, then we will prepare him/her the sofa bed at the living room. There are four fans, two of which are ceiling ones and you can find them in a dormitory and the living room and the other two are at your disposal to put them where you like the most. A toilet and a bathroom with a bath complete the accommodation.

Located between the fishing and family area of Grao de Gandía and the beach of Gandía, this apartment has the perfect location to enjoy all possible services, from the town centre and from the beach at the same time. The impressive and extensive beach of Gandía, about 7 km long, is not only ideal for a great swim but also to enjoy lots of services like bars, restaurants and beach bars on the sea front.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 28 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

The pool is available all year from 10 am to 3 pm, although please note that:
From the 1st week of March till the 30th of September it also opens from 5 pm to 10 pm.
In October, it also opens from 5 pm to 8 pm.

Pets are not allowed.
The holding of events is forbidden.
