El apartamento está situado tal cual se puede ver en la fotos, sales de la terraza y entras en la arena de la preciosa playa de Alcudia. Es lógico pagar por ello el precio que tiene y que es alto, pero lógico. Lo que no se corresponde con el precio es que el apartamento es muy antiguo y mal equipado. Toallas y sábanas viejas y muy gastadas, sería muy barato cambiarlas todas y dar una imagen de calidad y confortabilidad mayor, y en color blanco, los colores oscuros no son para hostelería. Colchones y sobre todo almohadas muy, muy incómodos. La placa eléctrica tiene más de 40 años y complica mucho cocinar. Sería muy barato cambiarla por una placa de inducción moderna. Igualmente con la pantalla de PC que se usa como TV. En un apartamento de este nivel económico tiene que haber una TV acorde. El sofá tiene también muchísimos años. Son cambios que con poca inversión, al menos, no te quedaría el mal sabor de boca que nos quedó después de pagar el precio que pagamos.
