The exteriors of this wonderful property are prepared to offer you the comfort you deserve. Enjoy a swim in the communal swimming pool of the urbanization, which measures 14x6m and has a depth range between 1.20m and 2m. Once in the accommodation, you have two terraces, which will be ideal to extend the evenings with your loved ones. The first one has direct access to the communal garden and has a dining area. The second also has a dining area, but also has sun loungers to enjoy sunbathing and an area with sofas, perfect for relaxing. Please note that as this is a flat, there are direct neighbours and privacy is partial.

Inside, a fantastic living room with Smart TV and dining area will be the ideal place for you to relax watching a movie or reading a book. The sofa is a sofa bed with seating for two people. The kitchen, with ceramic hob, has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. When it is time to sleep you will find two bedrooms. The first has a double bed and a fan, while the second has two bunk beds for up to 4 people. A radiator, washing machine, iron and ironing board are at your disposal. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair. A bathroom with bathtub serves the accommodation.

The property is located in Conil de la Frontera, a beautiful fishing village on the coast of Cadiz. Close to your accommodation you will find all the necessary services to enjoy an independent stay, as well as bars, restaurants and entertainment venues where you can enjoy the local gastronomy. Conil is ideal to lose yourself in the narrow streets of its historic centre and soak up the culture of the south without giving up the sun and the beach. Conil's coastline is unique due to the absence of buildings, which has allowed the beaches to remain practically untouched. You cannot leave without having enjoyed a stroll along the beach of La Fontanilla, which is the closest to your accommodation. For the more sporty, you can also go scuba diving, surfing or explore the various walking and cycling routes that the area has to offer.
