Located about 140 metres away from the beautiful beach of Puerto de Alcudia, this wonderful apartment welcomes 2-3 guests.
The furnished balcony of this great apartment invites to relax feeling the breeze that comes from the sea. The comfy hammocks are perfect to sit and breath the fresh air whilst you disconnect with an interesting reading, a glass of wine or a coffee. This is the best plan to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of your daily life as well as going to the beach, only a few steps away.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without elevator and displays an elegant decoration, modern and helpful. The living-dining room is the place to rest and watch TV after a delicious meal cooked on the ceramic hob. The kitchen is independent and simple but it offers the basics such as a microwave, a small fridge and cutlery. The bedroom features two single beds, air-conditioning and a closet. A baby cot and a high-chair can be provided, and the sofa becomes a bed fot the extra guest. The only bathroom has a shower. And finally, there is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The location of the apartment is a privilege because this is a coastal area with all the needed services in a walk distance. there are lots of bars, restaurants and all kinds of shops and supermarkets. The beach is one of the most beautiful in the island thanks to its great extension of more than km skirting the coast with its crystal-clear waters and fine sand. You can rent sun loungers and parasols at the beach, for a charge or simply spread your towel on the sand and swim in that amazing water. Alcúdia old town is a charming town with cobbled streets and a picturesque centre. On Sunday and Tuesday takes place the market where fresh fruits and vegetables, clothes and much more is offered.
