This lovely apartment for 4-5 guests is located in Playa de Gandía. It features a shared pool and its is only 450 metres from the beach.
If you are passionate about the warm and sunny weather, you have chosen the perfect destination because Playa de Gandía is characterised by its nice weather during the whole year. The weather invites to enjoy the beach and the excellent facilities in the complex like the huge 24 x 10 metres chlorine pool with a 0.70 to 1.90 metres depth, and a tennis court for those who want to work out. You will feel like playing a match in the evening for sure.

This apartment is located on the 8th floor of building with elevator. It also features a sunny terrace, perfect to have a drink in peace together with an interesting book. The interior are very luminous and feature a spacious living room with a coach, large armchairs and a TV set. The dining area is in the same room. The white kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave and a washer. There are also two bedrooms with a closet each mad beautiful mountain views and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms features a double bed, room enough for a cot and a high chair and a en-suite shower bathroom. the other bedroom has two twin beds. The extra guest has an independent room with a sofa bed. The second bathroom, with a relaxing style, serves the whole accommodation and it comes with a bathtub. Three fans complete the house's equipment.

Playa de Gandia, thanks to its extension and its fine sand and blue water, is perfect to practice all kinds of sports like surf, kayaking, and beach volley-ball. The large promenade goes from the Marina to the end of the beach, so you can have long walks in the evening and enjoy the sea breeze, the music, the shops and the restaurants. There is a very spacial space called "bibliobus" with books, papers and PCs. Don't leave Gandia without visiting the city centre, very charming and lovely.


Pool and tennis court are open from June to September (Opening hours: from 10 am to 2 pm and from 5 pm to 9 pm)
Please, note that tennis balls and rackets are not provided.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
