Ideal for 8 guests, this comfortable apartment is located only a few metres away from the beach in Gandia
This accommodation is located on the ground floor and there are some steps to get in. You will enjoy meals outdoors with urbanization, street and shared garden views.

Inside, you will find a ventilated living- dining room with access to the terrace. The TV set offers Spanish channels. The dining table has room for 8 people. The kitchen offers all you need to cook little dishes, and it includes a gas hob. There are also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

You will rest in 4 bedrooms. Two of them have a double bed and the other two have two single beds each. All include a wardrobe, a fan and an electric radiator. One of the double bed bedrooms includes an en-suite bathtub bathroom. There is also a shower bathroom with bidet for the rest of the apartment. if you are travelling with a baby, a cot and a high chair are also available.

The beach of Gandia is only 350 metres away, and it is a fine sandy large beach, with all services you can imagine like sunbeds and parasols rental, beach “chiringuitos”, water sports, and a promenade with restaurants, shops and ice shops. The port and the nautical club with its restaurant, are only a few minutes walking. The old center of Gandia is also worth a visit.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 28 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

There is exterior parking for 1 car.
