Apartment Atmósfera

Moder and homely apartment in Oliva Nova, near the golf course, the beach and the equestrian center, with a shared pool. It is prepared for 4 persons, with the possibility to sleep up to 6 persons.
From June to September, you can use the shared chlorine pool, which measures 30m x 15 m, with a depth ranging from 0,5 - 1,9m. There is an exterior shower, to freshen up and wash off the chlorine or the sand, after a day on the beach. The apartment is situated on the first floor, with an elevator, and counts with a terrace to enjoy your family breakfast.

The living- and dining room is decorated modern but cosily, and you will feel at home inmediatly. If you diceide to dinner at home, you dispose of a fully equipped kitchen, with a vitro hob, italian coffeemaker and dishwasher. On request, we can prepare an electric kettle. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, just in case you need to do some washing. For a fifth and sixth person, there is a sofa couch, which can be prepared to sleep on.

There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two individual beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms count with a wardrobe. There is one second bathroom, with a bath tub, for common use. The whole apartment counts with air conditioning (even the bathrooms), which makes it ideal for summer, as well as for winter.

Situated within 2km from the golf course of Oliva Nova, a few metres from the equestrian riding school and 3km from the beach of Oliva, this apartment offers lots of possibilities to combine sports with relaxing. The area is relatively quiet and visited mostly by families with children. It offers all kinds of services like supermarket, restaurants and bars. It is a great place to practice paddle surf, kayak, windsurf or kitesurf.If you enjoy trying out local dishes, you should order a typical "fideua" (noodles), "pebrera farcida" (rice stuffed bell peppers) or "gambas amb bleda" (prawns with chard). They are delicious!

Note: We can not accept youth groups under 20 years for this apartment (this does not count for families with children). We need to know the ages of all travelers, in order to accept any booking. We might ask for copies of all passports.

The pool is closed from October, 1st until May, 31st.
