This apartment in the seafront is located in Xeraco, a very quiet area near Gandia. It has capacity for 4-5 people in its 60 m2 comprised on a ground floor.
The terrace is no doubt the perfect corner to enjoy such privileged area since it is perfectly furnished with two tables and chairs, one to enjoy a coffee or a tea and the other for a great family meal while fully sensing the sun beams and the sea breeze in the evening. The best of it all is that you haver direct access to the beach where you will revel in the sea wind and the sun. Just grab your towel and take a cool dip in the blue Mediterranean waters!

This apartment has an open-concept living-dining kitchen, very luminous and carefully decorated with wood, something that brings a great character and a special charm. The living area is the perfect place to relax while watching the TV or chatting all together. The kitchen offers a bar with stools for breakfast and a table with chairs for the banquets. In addition, it offers all cutlery and utensils and appliances you need to feel at home, including a ceramic hob. Of course, there is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are two bedrooms that guarantee your vacation rest, one with two twin beds and the other with a double bed. One extra guest can sleep in the sofa bed at the living. Finally, a complete bathroom with a shower, with a fine design, completes the accommodation.

You will enjoy an unforgettable vacation in Xeraco where you will be able to rest while listening to the extraordinary sound of the sea waves and enjoying the views just when you wake up in the morning. Regarding the location, this is perfect because it has all you can need in a few minutes walk: restaurants, supermarkets, doctors,..The fine sand beach is very quiet and clean, and it is possible to rent a pedal boat or sunbeds, practice windsurf or play a match of beach volley.
