The communal terrace where the swimming pool is located has 30 sun loungers which, together with the sun umbrellas, invite you to enjoy a pleasant and relaxing day. Back at the property, the flat offers a furnished terrace where you can enjoy a nice breakfast in the open air.

Spread over one floor of a first floor with lift, the interior of the flat features an open plan living room that connects the kitchen, dining and living area. The living room has air conditioning which, together with the sofa and TV, invites you to spend a cool and comfortable evening in the flat. The dining area has a table with 4 chairs where you can enjoy the meals prepared in the open kitchen, fully equipped with ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for a comfortable use during your stay, together with the washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it's time to sleep, the master bedroom consists of a comfortable double bed with a wardrobe for necessary travel storage. To complete the house, there is a full bathroom with a bathtub for a relaxing soak.
