The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The manicured gardens of the apartment block are starred by 3 shared chlorine pools that also have a children's area. The largest one measures 29 m x 17 m and has a depth of between 1 and 2 m, while one of them is heated. Around it, you can relax while getting a tan. In addition, there is access to the paddle and tennis courts, the spa and the gym. Once on the property, a fantastic furnished terrace overlooking the sea invites you to enjoy a meal or a drink with your companions. Being located in a block of apartments, the apartment has direct neighbors.

The interior of the apartment is decorated with exquisite taste and has all the amenities to enjoy an excellent stay. The living-dining room has Smart TV and is perfect for long evenings. The kitchen is independent and is equipped with ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it's time to sleep, there are two bedrooms. The first has a double bed, access to the terrace and en suite bathroom with whirlpool tub.
