It has a shared lawn area, perfect for sunbathing. The house has a private terrace and a cozy porch where you can have breakfast or dinner together with views of the sea and the marina in the background. The complex is fenced and surrounded by an atmosphere of calm and tranquility.

The single-storey house has a Mediterranean style. It has a spacious living-dining room with TV and AC. The kitchen is located across from the breakfast bar. It has a ceramic hob and is fully equipped. The house has two bedrooms, both with wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, and the other bedroom has two single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub. About 26 km away, the Santuari de Cura is great for enjoying nature and views of the island.
