Great apartment with shared pool in the seafront of Playa de Gandía, where 6-7 guests will find their summer home.
Located in a luxurious complex, this fantastic apartment is perfect to enjoy a great vacation because you only have to cross the street in order to spend a fabulous day at the beach or maybe you prefer to stay at the shared pool. This is a chlorine pool that sizes 14 x 7 metres and has a water depth that goes from 1.5 to 1.8 metres. There is a children pool too that sizes 5 x 3 metres and has a depth of 0.5 metres, as well as an outdoor shower where you can wash the salt and sand off when you arrive from the beach. Later, after all day swimming, the private terrace in the apartment invites to enjoy a delicious dinner.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with elevator. When you enter you find a spacious room where the living room, the dining room and the kitchen are all together. The living area offers a TV and boasts a great view to the beach and the sea. Next you have the dining table for all guests, and finally the kitchen which is equipped with a gas cooktop. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bathrooms in the accommodation, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. And there are three bedrooms to rest at night, all of them with twin beds and a closet each. The extra guest can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. Finally, a baby cot and a high chair also are available.

Playa de Gandía becomes the perfect tourist destiny thanks to its perfect location, the great weather and its more than 3 km of coast of white and fine sand and blue clear water, a real paradise. At the same time, despite the fact that the beach is only 20 metres away we also recommend you visit the quiet beach of L'Ahuir or Playa del Nord. Regarding the services, this area offers everything you will need for your vacation and much more like restaurants, shops, supermarkets and the traditional flea market on Sunday afternoon.

Note: This renting does not permit customers under 25 years old, except when they travel with their parents.We do copeies of the ID of each person in order to accept the reservation.
