Nice apartment with access to a shared pool in Playa de Gandia, ideal for 7 guests.
This cozy apartment is set in Playa de Xeraco, a quiet and family-friendly town. Besides, it is a nice place for practising water sports.

You will have access to a 18m x 10m shared chlorine pool, with a depth ranging from 1.4 till 2 meters. Your kids will enjoy the childrens' pool (depth: 0.6m). If you like to play tennis, you can use the public tennis courts of the complex; but please bring your own tennis equipment with you. The shared exteriors do also include an exterior shower and two parasols. The apartment has a big private terrace of 80 m2 which is open to a second, 15 m2 sized terrace. There,you will be able to enjoy a barbecue or share a bottle of wine with your loved ones.

The unit is located on the sixth floor with lift and includes a sitting-dining room with A/C, a kitchen equipped with induction hob and some cooking utensils, a laundry with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board and a bathroom with bath tub.

The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and a private bathroom with bath tub; furthemore it has acess to the spacious terrace. If you come with your baby, we can supply a cot and a high chair. The second room is fitted with a bunk bed for three guests (one double bed and one single bed) and closet. The third bedroom offers two twin beds and closet. The apartment provides you with a fan and an electric radiator.

If you choose Playa de Xeraco for your holidays, you'll find everything you may need nearby: supermarkets, bars, restaurants and much more. The beach is fine grained and family-friendly. Take a walk on the sea promenade and if you like to walk a lot, you can reach Playa de Gandia, passing by the natural beach of Playa de L'Ahuir. The Mondúber and Sierra de la Barsella Mountains can be reached in a few kilometers - there you can hike, cycle and enjoy nature.
