Vacational apartment for up to 6 guests in Playa de Gandia a few steps from the beach
A community pool filled with chlorinated water is open from June till September and is 10m x 3,5m-sized and 1,8m deep. Besides, it has an access to a shower. A private terrace of the apartment can be used for a quick breakfast. A staircase leads to the second terrace with a table and with views to a residential area. Here you can have a tasty barbecue.

The apartment is located on the 9th floor in the building with elevator. There is a living room decorated with bright colors with a dining corner and a double sofa, a separate kitchen with a vitro-ceramic plate, a washing corner with a washing machine and ironing facilities. There are two bedrooms: a double and a twin bedroom, and one bathroom with a bath tub and a bidet. Fans, a cot and a high chair can be provided upon request.

This property is located only 500m from the sandy beach Playa de Gandía. There you can rent parasols and hammocks for the day. If you are sporty, then this is the perfect place to be, as you can play volleyball, water sports or have a long walk by the seaside, which is full of restaurants, bars, and ice cream shops. This beach offers activities for every taste and age. Not far from the apartment you will find for your kids playgrounds and the attraction park Gandilandia. Within 30 minutes drive you arrive to Oliva Nova and to a riding center. Gandia old town is worth being visited.

The pool is closed from October 1 till May 31. Opening hours are from 10:00 till 15:00 and from 17:00 till 22:00
