Great location , pretty views. Be prepared to bring your own trash bags, paper towels , maybe toilet paper. The kitchen is fully equipped(including an electric juicer!) there are no spices or oils so also be prepared to buy those if you like to do your own cooking. It was about an hour and a half bus ride from the airport, 5 minute walk to the place. Very easy check in process.

Enjoy the sea and the beach in this cozy waterfront apartment with private terrace in Can Picafort. It has capacity for 4 people.
The apartment has a fabulous terrace where you can enjoy your meals alfresco or continue sunbathing when you return from the beach.
The modern apartment located on the first floor of a building without a lift has fabulous views of Can Picafort beach. The living room has AC and TV-sat. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob. There are two bedrooms with twin beds each and AC. You will also find a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet with the washing machine. The apartment offers an iron and ironing board as well as a high chair and cot if you are travelling with your baby.
The apartment is on the seafront, a lively place during the summer, as it is close to restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bars and the fine sandy beach. The beach has several kilometres where you can practice water sports. If one day you don't feel like going to the beach, you can visit the old town of Alcúdia and Pollensa, the S'Albufera natural park or the Campanet caves. A car is not essential but recommended if you want to explore the island.

A great place in the heart of Can Picafort. It was very clean and I was happy with the pillows/beds. The kitchen was well equipped. It was very nice to have the terrace at the back too even if there is no view there but a great place for the kids to play safely. One small negative was we were not allowed early check in when we told the managers we had a issue with a preceding booking and we also had cleaners tell us during our stay that we were not supposed to be there until I showed our Airbnb booking to proof it. Clearly some miscommunication. They did allow us an extra hour on check out which was good. As a property I would recommend this place. I was disappointed with the beach however in Can Picafort which is the main reason to go. It was narrow and very crowded. The sea was much rougher than up North near Alcudia which is somehow more protected.
