This wonderful apartment located in Benalmadena welcomes 4 guests.
The exterior of the property is ideal to enjoy the southern climate. In the well-kept communal gardens you will find a large shared chlorine pool, with dimensions of 25 x 14 m and a depth range of between 1 and 2.2 m, which will be perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. Already in the apartment, the large terrace will be ideal to start or end your day eating or having a drink with your companions while contemplating the wonderful views of the surroundings. Due to its location in a residential block, the apartment has direct neighbors.

Located on a fifth floor with elevator, the apartment is decorated with exquisite taste and designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The living room, equipped with AC and Smart TV, is open to the kitchen, which has ceramic hob and has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to sleep, there are two bedrooms. In the first one there is a double bed and AC, while in the second one you will find two single beds. A bathroom with shower serves the property. If you travel with your baby, we can provide a crib and a highchair.

This accommodation is located in Benalmadena, a vibrant seaside town with something for everyone, from its beautiful beaches to its wide range of entertainment. One of Benalmadena's main attractions is its marina, which has a wealth of bars, restaurants and stores. Other popular attractions include the Castillo de Colomares, an impressive castle built in honor of the navigator Christopher Columbus, and the Parque de la Paloma, a large park with gardens, lakes and a variety of animal species. Of course, you can also enjoy the beaches of Benalmádena, such as the Detorrebermeja or Santa Ana beaches. In addition, the city is an excellent starting point to explore other attractions of the Costa del Sol, such as Marbella or Malaga.

The swimming pool is open from May 14 to September 17 from 12 am to 8:00 pm.
