This apartment is located in a residential area close to the beach. You can take a dip in the great chlorine shared pool sizing 25 x 10 metres and with a 1.8 metres depth. The little ones can also enjoy a funny bath in the children pool sizing 5 x 4 metres and with a 0.5 metres depth. You won't have to say no to take a dip when getting colder since the community also offers a heated 8 x 8 round pool with 1.5 metres depth. In the apartment you will enjoy the great Mediterranean weather at the spacious furnished terrace, ideal to have lunch or dinner outdoors and enjoy the views to the golf course.

This apartment has 60 m2 and it is located on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator. You will rest on the comfortable sofa at the spacious and luminous living - dining room while watching TV and refreshing with AC. The dining area has capacity for 6 people. A bar separates this space from the kitchen which is well equipped to cook during your vacation and it includes a ceramic hob, an electric oven, a dishwasher and a microwave. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

You have two bedrooms to rest in this apartment. The first one has two single beds and a closet, as well as an en-suite toilet.The 2nd one features two twin beds and a closet. The extra guest can sleep on the sofa bed at the living room. A shower bathroom gives service to the whole accommodation. In addition, the whole apartment offers air conditioning.

This apartment is located in Oliva Nova, a quiet area ideal to disconnect in a peaceful and family atmosphere. You can practice sports like horse riding, surf or golf, having a course very near. the beach is only 1.2 km away and it is characterised by its family atmosphere, its fine golden sand and its shallow waters. You will find all basic services for an independent stay at the village.
