The exterior of the property is ideal for enjoying the southern climate. You have at your disposal a shared chlorine pool with dimensions of 12 x 5m and a depth ranging from 2.20 to 1.10m. The little ones can also enjoy a dip in the pool with a depth of 0.5m. In addition, around it you will find sun loungers where you can relax while tanning or resting in the shaded area. Once in the apartment, the private terrace will provide you with the perfect space to start your day with a good breakfast, or to extend your evenings with your companions. Please note that, due to its location, it has direct neighbors.

Located on the first floor, the interior of the house is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The spacious and bright living room is equipped with AC and Smart TV and gives way to the independent kitchen with ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to sleep, there are three bedrooms with two single beds each, AC, closet and direct access to the garden. One of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom with bathtub and another bathroom with shower completes your stay. If you travel with your baby we can provide you with a crib and high chair.

This beautiful apartment is located in the urbanization of Cabopino, on the Costa del Sol, Malaga province. A 5 minute walk will put you in the marina ideal for a stroll or enjoy the sunset while having a drink in one of the restaurants or bars that you will find along the promenade. Sports lovers will find a magnificent golf course less than 3 kilometers from the accommodation. If you prefer to enjoy the beaches, Cabopino or Calahonda beaches are in the same area, with golden sand and calm waters. If you wish to explore beyond the urbanization, there is a cab rank that will give you the option to visit nearby places such as Marbella, with its historic center and its luxurious boutiques, or Fuengirola, where you can also enjoy its beautiful beaches, its history and culture and its gastronomy.

The swimming pool has no opening hours and is available all year round, but please respect the rest of the neighbors.
