Positivo: The location was amazing and the bedrooms and living area were very spacious. The apartment was very clean.Negativo: Air con would have improved our stay and the kitchen was a bit small - but both of these did not bother us and we would stay again.

This cosy first floor apartment counts with all necessary equipment for a great holiday. The small terrace will be your favorite spot for long breakfasts or an appetizer before supper.
The traditional yet modern interior will make you feel at home immediately. Watch some television from the comfortable sofas or enjoy a family dinner in the modern dining area. The independent kitchen counts with a vitro hob, an electric oven, a dishwasher and all necessary utensils to prepare a wonderful meal. There are three bedrooms: two with a double bed and one with a single bed. They count with wardrobe and fan. There is one bathroom with a bath tub. The apartment counts with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. We can prepare a baby bed and a high chair.
Port de Pollença is ideal for families, with a great beach and unique surroundings. The nearest beach is only 400m from the apartment. Don’t forget to visit the lighttower in Cap de Formentor, with panoramic views, or the beach of Formentor, which is paradisiacal and has an interesting history. The beach of Cala Sant Vicenç is also worth a visit. The surroundings of Port de Pollença are ideal for hiking and cycling, and there are lots of restaurants, bars and shops. In the village of Pollença, you can visit the Calvari hermitage, with its 365 steps, or enjoy the daily life over a coffee on the town square.

2 guests reviewed this property. Positivo: Really loved staying in this apartment. Very clean, 3 nice sized bedrooms and lovely sunny balcony. Beds very comfortable with extra pillows available. Great location, 2 minute walk to the beach with some really nice restaurants about 5 minute walk away. Check in was extremely easy.Negativo: No air conditioning, and although fans were provided it was a slight problem for the bedroom with no direct air flow from the balcony. Although only a small criticism, I thought that basic cooking ingredients should be supplied such as salt and pepper, and should have been a bit more generous with toilet paper.
