This is a beautiful fisherman's house on the sea front with a wonderful viewpoint to Caleta de’n Busquets. It is located in Cala Figuera.
The views from the terrace and the location of this apartment make this place perfect to spend your holiday.
The house has a well furnished living room and a fully furnished kitchen with all the equipment you might need during your holiday. In this beautiful apartment, you will find 2 bedrooms with closet and shelves. The house has a bathroom with shower.
The front terrace is usually the favourite corner of the house. There you will be able to relax, sunbathe, have dinner with your friends and family or read a book, while enjoying the beautiful views to the Mediterranean Sea. The area is very quiet; you can still feel the fishermen lifestyle of years ago. Still some fishermen from the area go fishing with their “llaüts” (Majorcan traditional boats) and then go to the Lonja nearby to sell it. If you like fish, we recommend to buy it there!
From this lovely apartment you will be able to do some walking or cycling trips. It is an ideal place to visit different areas in the south of Mallorca. There are gorgeous places nearby: Es Trenc, Mondragó Natural Park, Cabrera National Park or really nice towns as Santanyí, Ses Salines, Cas Concos, s’Horta, etc.

Wie verabredet wurden wir pünktlich empfangen und ein Missverständnis hinsichtlich der Gästezahl wurde schnell und pragmatisch behoben, indem weitere Bettwäsche und Handtücher nachgeliefert wurden. Das Fischerhäuschen ist in Realität wie abgebildet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sicherlich auch, weil die Küche so gut eingerichtet war und Basislebensmittel sowie Reinigungsmittel (auch für Spül- und Waschmaschine) bereits vorhanden waren. Wir haben zudem alles sehr sauber vorgefunden. Der Balkon ist der Kracher, liegt direkt am Wasser, in dem Abertausendende von Fischen umher schwimmen. Unser Sohn hat direkt vor dem Haus geangelt und war begeistert von der Aquariumqualität vor Ort. Leider hatten wir nie Sonne auf dem Balkon, das ist wohl ab Herbst so, weil die Sonne tiefer am Himmel steht. Die Vermittlerin hat das sicherlich bei der Anfrage nicht bedacht, denn es wurde uns immer Sonne "versprochen". Das ist aber auch die einzige Kritik, die es sich zu äussern lohnt. "
