In the inside communal area, you have access to 1 heated indoor swimming pool (from November to May), 1 Jacuzzi, 1 Turkish bath, 1 sauna, showers and 1 gym. The apartment’s 24m2 private terrace is furnished for you to share endless evenings while enjoying the views with your loved ones. The property’s privacy is partial and has parking space for 1 vehicle.

The living room, dining room and kitchen are in the same room. In the air-conditioned living room you can disconnect watching television, a DVD movie or reading a good book. The furnished dining room offers you the perfect place to enjoy unforgettable moments with family and friends. The kitchen is ideal and has everything necessary for you to delight your guests with your best creations, including electric stove. In the house there is a separate laundry room area where you have 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. The 4 extra spaces at no additional cost of this house are located on the two sofa beds in the living room. There are a total of 2 bedrooms in the property, 1 with 1 double bed and the other with 2 single beds, both with air conditioning. You have access to a total of 2 bathrooms, both complete with bathtub and 1 with a hot tub. This property has air conditioning / heating ducts and 1 crib in case you need it.
