Welcome to this traditional Mallorcan town house in the heart of Puerto de Pollença and a few meters from the sea. It sleeps 8 people.
The back of the house offers a large patio where you can relax on the sun loungers and enjoy lunch and dinner alfresco. The house has neighbours on both sides.
The one-storey house offers the basic services to enjoy a great stay on the beach. The entrance hall leads to the living room with Smart TV. Next, we find the dining area with AC and the kitchen that is equipped with a ceramic hob. There is also a washing machine. The 4 bedrooms have twin beds. Note that the window of one of the bedrooms opens to the dining area and the window of another opens to the cistern. There are two bathrooms with a shower. Finally, we can provide a cot and a highchair in case you are travelling with your baby.
Puerto de Pollença is a family destination where you can enjoy the beach and the sun in a unique environment. In addition to the beach, you can visit the Formentor viewpoint and spend the day on the paradisaical beach of Formentor. Other areas to visit are Cala Sant Vicenç and the town of Pollença and its climb to the "Calvari". The house is just a few meters from the promenade, full of shops, restaurants, ice cream parlours, etc.
