The terrace is a nice spot for large summer dinners with your loved ones. Set in the urbanization of Cala Major, it is close to Palma de Mallorca and just a few minutes walking distance to the sand beach. There are direct neighbors.

The chalet is equipped in a simple way, comprising a living room, a small kitchen with ceramic hob, two bedrooms with a double, fan, wardrobe and electric radiator each and a bath with bathtub. This house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The urbanization of Cala Major forms part of Palma and has restaurants, bars and shops, in a word everything you may need during your holidays. The essence of this place is like a village while the capital Palma de Mallorca is just a few kilometers away. The Pearl of the Mediterranean is famous for the Cathedral La Seu, the Bellver Castle, the picturesque old town, museums and art galleries. If you're a golf player, you can practice your favorite sport on the golf course of Bendinat or Son Vida. In Marineland the whole family can watch dolphin shows and other kind of spectaculars. Apart of the beach of Cala Major, we recommend you to visit Cala Vinyes, Cala Falcó and the luxury port of Portals Nous.

Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
