Spend the best sun and beach vacation in this comfortable apartment with shared pool in Cala Agulla - Cala Ratjada. It has capacity for 4 guests.
The beautiful residential offers a spectacular shared chlorine pool that measures 17 x 3 meters and has a depth ranging from 1 to 1.9 meters. The attached children pool sizes 3 x 2 meters and the depth is 0.5 meters. So when you return from the beach you can cool off in the pool and then go to the apartment private terrace where you can cook a delicious barbecue. On the other side of the house there is also a porch where you can have a drink at sunset.
The apartment is located on the ground floor, and from the terrace you have direct access to the shared pool. The interior offers bright and cosy spaces such as the living dining kitchen -with AC- where you can watch TV with satellite channels and cook on the ceramic hob. The washing machine is in the kitchen and you will also find an iron and ironing board. In the accommodation, you can rest in 2 bedrooms (both with a fan), one with a double bed and the other with 2 twin beds. A bathroom with a shower completes the apartment. And if you travel with your baby we can provide a cot and a high chair.
Cala Ratjada is a great tourist destination within the island of Mallorca. It offers all the needed services for an independent stay in addition to a beautiful white sandy beach, Cala Agulla, although there are other beautiful beaches in the area such as Cala Mesquida or Cala Torta. The area has a great nightlife and you can visit nearby monuments such as the the Caves of Artà or the Capdepera Castle. Golf lovers will be able to enjoy their favourite sport on the Capdepera Golf course, which is just 7.7 km away.
Pool opening hours: from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Please, do not disturb between 1 and 3 pm.

16 guests reviewed this property. Schöne kleine und gemütliche Ferienwohnung im Herzen von Cala Rajada. Einkaufsstraße fußläufig, Mercadona und LIDL sind mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung war zu unserer Reisezeit etwas kalt. Im Wohn-/Esszimmer war es dank Klimaanlage schnell warm. In den beiden Schlafzimmern konnten wir mit den mobilen Heizkörpern die Temperatur etwas erhöhen, richtig warm wurde es dadurch aber nicht. Die Ausstattung der Küche war für unsere Bedürfnisse völlig ausreichend. Kleine Spülmaschine und Backofen sind vorhanden und sehr nützlich :). Ceck In / Out unkompliziert. Francisca ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin und war bei Fragen / Problem gut erreichbar.
Beautiful small and cozy apartment in the heart of Cala Rajada. Shopping street within walking distance, Mercadona and LIDL can be reached by car in 5 minutes. We felt very comfortable. The holiday apartment was a bit cold at the time we traveled. It quickly warmed up in the living/dining room thanks to the air conditioning. We were able to increase the temperature slightly in both bedrooms using the mobile radiators, but it didn't get really warm. The kitchen equipment was completely sufficient for our needs. Small dishwasher and oven are available and very useful :). Check in/out is easy. Francisca is a very nice host and was easy to reach if you had any questions/problems.

Eine einfache, gemütliche Ferienwohnung in der alles vorhanden war was man braucht mit direktem Zugang von der Terrasse zum Gemeinschaftspool. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und bei unserer Ankunft erwartete uns ein sehr leckerer, selbstgebackener Kuchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder kommen.
A simple, cozy holiday apartment that had everything you needed with direct access from the terrace to the communal pool. The landlords are very nice and when we arrived there was a very tasty, home-baked cake waiting for us. We felt very comfortable and would come again and again.

Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung, sehr sauber. Zur Begrüßung gab es von der Vermieterin Obst aus dem eigene Garten sowie einen Kuchen. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll gestaltet und es ist alles in einem sehr guten Zustand.

Wohnung ist toll,gut ausgestattet. Wenn es nicht so warm ist allerdings kalt. Heizung nur über Klimaanlage oder freistehende Heizungen. Strom wird extra abgerechnet. Mann hat zwei Balkone Sonne bis abends. Pool war sauber. Lage ist toll da man sehr zentral in Cala ist.
Apartment is great, well equipped. If it's not that warm, it's cold. Heating only via air conditioning or freestanding heaters. Electricity is billed separately. You have two balconies with sun until the evening. Pool was clean. Location is great because you are very central in Cala.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war top, super Lage zum Strand und in der Nähe auch gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Spar). Auch ein LIDL ist nicht weit entfernt. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Adressangabe (Koordinaten und Adresse) war leider nicht sehr gut, sodass wir ein wenig suchen mussten bis wir das Apartment gefunden haben. Ansonsten alles super, danke.
The price-performance ratio was great, great location to the beach and good shopping opportunities nearby (Spar). A LIDL is also not far away. The landlady is super nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the address information (coordinates and address) wasn't very good, so we had to search a bit until we found the apartment. Otherwise everything was great, thank you.
