It was an amazing experience overall. Stayed there for a week, with a few friends. The apartment was amazing, super clean, tidy, spacious and comfortable, with amazing views of the beach and the clear blue sea. Air-con and Wi-Fi available in the rooms. The apartment is situated right on the beach front, so it’s an amazing location to explore and relax on the beach front. Going with friends I initially thought there wouldn’t be a lot to do, but boy was I wrong. There’s so many bars & restaurants to visit nearby or at the Old town, a 10 min drive. And a decent bit of nightlife down at the Banana Club. Lots of hikes and walks you can travel to near by with impressive views. Would recommend to anyone!

Schöne Unterkunft circa 15-20 Minuten entfernt von Alcudia Port (da sind auch die guten Restaurants). Das Appartement ist kleiner als auf den Fotos. Leider keinen richtigen Schränke im Appartement vorhanden, um die Koffer komplett einzuräumen. Haben ausschließlich aus dem Koffer gelebt. Die Lage zum Strand ist perfekt! 2 Minuten und du bist zum Wasser. Vor dem Apartment am Strand ist ein Beach Hütte die zum benachbarten Iberostar Hotel gehört. Essen und Trinken ist gut. Abends ist es bis circa 11:00 - 11:30 lauter, da im Iberostar Hotel Abends Party / Musik Program geboten wird. Das sollte man wissen. Kommunikation mit Homerti klappt super. Leider war die Marquise komplett defekt auf dem Balkon / Terrasse! Deshalb sehr heiß und am Tag nicht nutzbar.
Nice accommodation about 15-20 minutes away from Alcudia Port (there are also the good restaurants). The apartment is smaller than in the photos. Unfortunately there are no proper cupboards in the apartment to completely store all the suitcases. We lived exclusively out of a suitcase. The location to the beach is perfect! 2 minutes and you're in the water. In front of the apartment on the beach there is a beach hut that belongs to the neighboring Iberostar Hotel. Food and drink is good. In the evening it is louder until around 11:00 - 11:30, as there is a party/music program in the Iberostar Hotel. You should know that. Communication with Homerti works great. Unfortunately the marquise was completely broken on the balcony/terrace! Therefore very hot and not usable during the day.

Direkt am Strand! Große Blick- und windgeschützte Terrasse mit großem Tisch und Stühlen und 2 Liegen Viel Stauraum in den Schränken und Komoden Supermärkte in der Nähe (auch Haushaltsartikel, die man während des Aufenthaltes braucht) Vollausgestattete Küche, Mikrowelle statt Ofen…Keine Spülmaschine (nicht schlimm) Schöner Spaziergang an der Strandpromenade zu dem belebten Teil von Port D´Alcudia mit unzähligen Restaurants und Cafés 25 Minuten zu Fuß zur historischen Altstadt von AlcudiaKein Haartrockner Die Wendeltreppe zum Appartment ist sehr eng, was das Hochbringen von großen Koffern etwas erschwerend macht…Man wird aber mit dem schönen Ausblick belohnt?

Large terrace protected from view and wind with a large table and chairs and 2 loungers Lots of storage space in the cupboards and dressers Supermarkets nearby (also household items that you need during your stay) Fully equipped kitchen, microwave instead of an oven... No dishwasher (not bad) Nicer Walk along the seafront promenade to the lively part of Port D'Alcudia with countless restaurants and cafes. 25 minutes walk to the historic old town of Alcudia No hairdryer The spiral staircase to the apartment is very narrow, which makes bringing up large suitcases a bit difficult... But are you rewarded with the beautiful view?
