This spectacular apartment, which occupies the second floor of a building without an elevator, offers a cheerful balcony with access from the dining room and a large terrace with awning and sun loungers on the upper floor from where you can admire the walled area and the Capdepera castle while you enjoy a vermouth.

The interior of this apartment modern and bright is the perfect place to rest after a day full of activities. The dining room with AC offers a TV with satellite channels and a table for 4 people. Then you find the kitchen that comes with a ceramic hob and everything you need to cook during your vacation. The laundry area is on the upper terrace and it's equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The apartment offers two bedrooms with AC where our guests can rest, one with a double bed and the other with a cot. The modern bathroom of the house has a shower.

Capdepera is undoubtedly a place full of charm, history and tradition. The views from the apartment are just a small sample of what you will find the closer you get to the historic centre.
