Located on the ground floor of a cosy building, this wonderful apartment offers a private corner where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast before going out to the shared pool if the neighbour community. The main pool is chlorine watered and it sizes 25 x 10 metres while de depth ranges between 0.9 and 1.2 metres. The children pool is part of the other and it has 0.5 metres of water depth. Then, there are 2 shared jacuzzis of cold water to enjoy a while of relax before heading home again. When you come back, you can cook a succulent barbecued meal that you can enjoy under the porch. You will also find the sofas made of pallets and a second furnished terrace where you can taste a flute of champagne in the evening.

Inside you will find a spacious open room that accommodates the kitchen together with the dining and the living room. It is equipped with a comfortable sofa where you can watch the satellite TV, a table with chairs for 6 people and the wonderful kitchen with a bar and stools and all you need to cook like a ceramic hob, oven and much more. The laundry room is independent and it offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. In order to rest, the apartment has two bedrooms, both with a double bed, air-conditioning and closet. One of them has en en-suite bathroom with a tub where we can also place a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your children. There is a second bathroom with a shower for the rest of the accommodation.

This apartment location is great because this si a fabulous coastal urbanisation with all needed basic services. Cales de Mallorca is also the perfect place for those who love the beach and paradisaical dream-like coves since it offers 3 coves and white sandy beaches nearby. From Cales de Mallorca, you also have an easy access on, foot to virgin coves of Eastern Mallorca, a total privilege, no doubt. The nearest cove to the apartment is Cala Antena. If you love golf, the nearest course is Golf Vall d'Or, located about 10 km away.
