Beautiful apartment for 4 people 600 metres away from Playa de Gandía and with a great shared chlorine pool
Wake up in the morning and have breakfast in the terrace while admiring the views to the city. You can take a walk to the beach where you will spend a fantastic day, no doubt!. However, no matter your love for the crystalline waters and sand of the beach, the shared pool of the building is the perfect plan to cool off without leaving home. It sizes no less than 14 x 7 metres and the depth ranges from 1.20 to 1.90 metres. It also features an exterior shower and an adjoined children pool sizing 5 x 4 metres and 0.60 metres depth.

This marvellous apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building with elevator, and it offers a renewed style with a spacious living room where you can relax chatting with your family or watching TV. In the same room you find the dining table for 4 people. In the kitchen, with a gas stove, you find a second table in case you are more comfortable enjoying meals there. You will find two shower bathrooms and two bedrooms with two twin beds and a closet each, in total. If you are travelling with your baby, a cot and a high chair also are available. Of course, there also is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, as well as some fans on request.

Since it is located just 10 minutes away from the best area in Playa de Gandía, this apartment is the perfect place for your visit. The beach features a 3 km extension of sea shore and waters. You will also find all kinds of shops, bars and restaurants along your walk with the company of an ice cream and the Mediterranean sea. We also recommend visiting the Ullal de L'Estany or the route called "de los Monasterios", in case a different type of nature also makes you to fall in love.
