Welcome to this beautiful two-storey apartment with shared pool and accommodation for 5-6 people. It is located in Javea, about 2 km away from the great beach of El Arenal, offering a cosy style that will make you fell at home.
In the shared areas of this family complex of apartments, you find the fantastic pool where you can cool down and relax with a nice swim after a lively day enjoying the sea or coming to know the marvellous corners of the coastal area of Javea. This is a chlorine pool sizing 10 x 5 metres and with a depth ranging from 1 to 1.9 metres and featuring an outdoors shower in case you want to wash the salt and sand off, or simply the chlorine off before enjoying a succulent barbecue on the private terrace.

The first room you you find when entering this apartment is the true protagonist of this accommodation. This is a great living-dining open to the kitchen that combines a modern furniture with a great style, noticeable in the stoned walls in the living area, for instance. The comfortable chaise longue sofa invites to watch TV or to take a nap after having lunch all together in the beautiful dining table. The kitchen is well equipped with a combined ceramic and induction top, oven, microwave and all kitchenware to cook with ease. A toilet completes this main floor. On the first floor we find the bedrooms, the three of them with a closet and a fan. One has a double bed, an en-suite shower bathroom with a shower and space to place a cot in case you need it. The second bedroom presents two twin beds and the last one has a trundle bed which will only be prepared in case we have a 6th guest. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the balcony. Finally, a shower bathroom on this floor as well as a washing machine and a iron/ironing board complete the accommodation.

This apartment is just 2.1 km away from the beach of El Arenal, in a quiet area near Jávea. It is perfect for those who love the sea because this coastal area offers many other dreamy coves and beaches. In addition, there are several excursion routes and spectacular lookouts like the one in Creu del Portitxol or in Punta del Castell. Golf lovers find their place about 5.5 km away, at the Club de Golf Jávea course.

The pool is available all year. Opening hours: from 9.30 am to 3.30 pm and from 5 pm to 12 am.
