Cosy apartment for 5 guests and with terrace in Playa de Gandia, a few steps away from the sandy beach.
Before going to the beach, a delicious breakfast at the private terrace is the perfect starting of the day in the summer. The one-storey apartment is perfect for families with children or for couples.
Inside, the accommodation features a simple but comfortable decoration. There is a sitting-dining room with a TV set and direct access to the terrace. If you feel like cooking, you can prepare simple dishes in the independent kitchen with oven, ceramic hob and microwave. the laundry room comes with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Ideal for 5 people, this apartment counts with three colourful bedrooms, two of them being double bedrooms -one with two twin beds and the other with a double bed-, and the last one is a single bedroom. If you are travelling with your baby, we can prepare a cot and a high chair. Two shower bathrooms complete this accommodation.
If you are looking for beach and sea, the coastal area of Gandia will be the best choice. the sandy beach is only 350 metres away. In the evening, you can take a long walk along the promenade of Gandía, taste a delicious paella or enjoy an ice-cream. The theme park of Gandialandia is about 5 minutes walk and it is a good plan to enjoy with your children. The town centre highlights thanks to the Ducal Palace and the picturesque streets. All kinds of supermarkets and restaurants can be found everywhere.

Cerca del supermercado, y con panaderia en la misma manzana. La terraza le da un monton de vida al apartamento, todo el dia fuera. Buena relacion calidad precio. Aunque se podria actualizar, con lo que cuesta, no se puede pedir más ( ventiladores si)Le falta unos ventiladores de techo en las habitaciones, ya que al tratarse de un primero no corre mucho aire. Las camas son muy blandas, en alguna de ellas se te clavan los muelles. Se nota que el chalet esta en venta, una pequeña actualizacion no le vendria mal, pero hay que tener en cuenta que es barato, por lo que no se puede pedir , moderno y barato.
