This apartment is located in a quiet residential area near the beach. You will enjoy a dip in the exterior shared pool sizing 25 x 10 metres and with a 1.8 metres depth. The little ones can also have fun in the children pool which sizes 5 x 4 metres and has 0.5 metres depth. You won't renounce to take a swim in the coldest days since the community also features a heated 8 x 8 metres round pool. Once in the apartment, you will enjoy the summer weather in two terraces. The first one is furnished with seating chill-out area ideal to rest and relax. the second one has a table and chairs to have lunch or dinner outdoors.

The 85 m2 apartment has two floors and it os located on the ground floor of the building. On the ground floor we find a fabulous living- dining room and kitchen. You can rest and watch at the living room while refreshing with the air conditioning. The dining area has capacity for 4 people. The kitchen is well equipped including a ceramic hob, a dishwasher and and electric oven. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The apartment features two bedrooms to rest. The first one is on the ground floor and it has two single beds, air conditioning and a closet. The second bedroom is on the -1 floor, and it has a double bed, a closet and access to the terrace. The extra guests can sleep in the double sofa bed in the living room. In addition. we will prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with a baby.

This apartment is in Oliva Nova, a quiet area ideal to spend an excellent vacation and disconnect. You can practice sports like golf, horse riding or surf. The beach is only 1.2 km away and it is characterised by its golden sandy beach and shallow waters. You will find all basic services for an independent stay at the village.
