This fantastic apartment, located in Son Parc, near Es Mercadal, has a shared pool and capacity for 3 people.
In the communal gardens of the apartment block you will find a large shared chlorine swimming pool of 12 x 4 m, with a depth of between 1.2 and 2 m. In addition, there is a children's pool with a diameter of 4 m and a constant depth of 50 cm, where the little ones can splash around. Once on the property, you can sunbathe, eat or have a drink on the terrace, where you are sure to enjoy unforgettable moments. Being in a building, the accommodation has direct neighbors.

The interior of the three-storey house is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the main floor there is a living-dining room, a toilet and the kitchen, which is independent and has a ceramic hob, as well as all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. On the first floor there is a bedroom with AC and double bed. On the first floor is the second bedroom, which has an AC, a single bed and access to a second terrace. On the same floor there is a bathroom with bathtub. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and highchair.

Thus, the magical villages of Es Mercadal and Fornells, which preserve all the Minorcan essence, are just a few kilometers away. Both are perfect for strolling among their white buildings and enjoying the best restaurants to delight yourself with typical dishes of the island's gastronomy. If you feel like learning a little more about Menorcan culture, you can visit the Talayotic settlement of Sa Torreta or visit the viewpoint of El Toro, where you can enjoy panoramic views of Menorca. Finally, we recommend you to visit the Macar de Sa Llosa Natural Park, which offers an incomparable maritime landscape and where you can enjoy the Mediterranean in all its splendor.
