Welcome to this lovely apartment with a shared swimming pool, located at Playa de Gandía, where 6 guests will feel like at home.
You will love this apartment, and its shared 19m x 9m chlorine swimming pool, with a deph ranging going from 1.2m to 1.9m. The swimming pool is open from the 1rst of June until the 30th of September.
The apartment is very comfortable, ideal to spend an unforgettable hollydays with your loved ones. The terrace is perfect for enjoying a tasty breakfast.

Located at a fifth floor with an elevator, disposes of a dining-room with a cozy sofa where you can watch TV and rest, an independent vitro hob equipped kitchen, where you can prepare your favourite dishes.
Obviously, there are a waching machine, an iron and an ironing board.
The apartment has three bedrooms: one with a double bed, and the other two dispose two single beds each. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other one has a shower. If you travel with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair.

This property is located only a few steps from the sandy beach Playa de Gandía. There you can rent parasols and hammocks for the day. If you are sporty, then this is the perfect place to be, as you can play volleyball, watersports or have a long walk by the seaside, wich is full of restaurants, bars, and ice cream shops. This beach offers activities for every taste and age.

At Gandia's old town, you will find excelent restaurants. But we also recommend to do a tour and know more about the past and story of this city. You can visit Palacio Ducal, from the XIV century, wich was the first Gandia's duke residence. Dont miss the nice town hall, or Convento de Santa Clara. Nature lovers can go for a trip to Cueva de Parpalló, a very interesting prehistoric site, located at Mondúver massif.

Note: This property cant accept under 30 years old guests, except if they travel with their parents. We need ID copies from every person to accept the reservation.
