Welcome to this wonderful apartment in the sea front with direct access to the paradisaical beach of Puerto de Alcudia. It offers a lovely garden and accommodation for 6 people.
In front of an impressive beach of crystalline water and white sand, this beautiful apartment offers a simple lawn garden where you can bask in the sun on one of the 2 sun loungers. However, you will probably prefer to go right to the beach and lay on the sand. Then, you can relax with the music of the waves and the impressive views to the never-ending sea and the mountains too, while you enjoy a delicious meal cooked on the barbecue.
This apartment is on the ground level, although there are several steps to access the main entrance. From the porch, you can enter a great room where living, dining room and kitchen are all together. Here, you can watch the TV-Sat or just rest on the sofa, enjoy your meals or cook while you admire the sea. The kitchen features a ceramic top, oven and all you need to cook as if you were at home. There are 3 bedrooms with AC; one has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub; another bedroom has two twin beds, and the last one presents a bunk bed. We can prepare a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby. There is a second bathroom for the rest of the accommodation , and this one just has a shower. The laundry room is independent and it features a washer, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. Finally, there is oil central heating throughout the accommodation.
This accommodation is very well located in an area with all needed services around like bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, beaches and even night clubs. You can visit this places and other nearby towns taking the bus that passes by every 15 minutes in the summer season, although you can also drive to spectacular beaches and dream-like coves like Cala Sant Vicenç or Port de Pollensa. The town centre of Alcudia is worth a visit specially on Tuesday and Sunday mornings, when its street market takes place.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

The apartment is right on a beautiful beach. It is very comfortable for 6 people. It would be great to have the basic kitchen supplies available (salt, pepper, oil), as well as a Dyson or broom because we cannot avoid bringing some sand into the apartment when coming back from the beach. Apart from that, great place !

(+)La ubicación de los Apartamentos es un sueño, justo en la playa, en coche estás en 5 minutos en el puerto de Alcudia y también en el parque natural de la Albufera. La terraza con vistas a la bahía es perfecta para desayunar (y sin duda para cenar, si no estás allí como nosotros en diciembre). El pequeño jardín con tumbonas es ideal para relajarse. El apartamento está bien equipado, no falta nada en la cocina. Nos gustó especialmente la calefacción central, que a pesar de la temperatura exterior fresca, hizo las noches acogedoras en el apartamento. También disfrutamos de la gran smart tv y de la impecable WIFI. El aparcamiento frente a la casa también era práctico. El contacto tanto con la agencia como con el propio propietario fue sencillo y agradable. Cuando descubrimos que el hervidor no funcionaba, el propietario nos trajo uno nuevo en un día.(-) Una limpieza básica no le vendría mal al apartamento. Las sábanas y las toallas estaban recién lavadas e impecables, incluso los baños parecían limpios. El resto del apartamento parecía un poco descuidado y no completamente limpio. El agua caliente no era suficiente para un baño completo, aunque al ducharse el agua caliente era bastante escasa.
(+)The location of the Apartments is a dream, right on the beach, by car you are in 5 minutes in the port of Alcudia and also in the Albufera natural park. The terrace overlooking the bay is perfect for breakfast (and certainly dinner, if you're not there like us in December). The small garden with sun loungers is ideal for relaxing. The apartment is well equipped, nothing is missing in the kitchen. We especially liked the central heating, which despite the cool outside temperature, made the nights in the apartment cozy. We also enjoyed the large smart TV and the impeccable WIFI. Parking in front of the house was also convenient. Contact with both the agency and the owner himself was simple and pleasant. When we discovered that the kettle was not working, the owner brought us a new one within a day. (-) A basic cleaning wouldn't hurt the apartment. The sheets and towels were freshly laundered and spotless, even the bathrooms seemed clean. The rest of the apartment seemed a little run down and not completely clean. The hot water was not enough for a full bath, although when showering the hot water was quite scarce.
See more Die FeWo selbst ist in gutem bis sehr gutem Zustand. Vom Wohn-Essbereich aus hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf den Strand. Ebenso kann man den Sonnenaufgang von der Terrasse aus genießen oder/und auf dieser dinieren.
The apartment itself is in good to very good condition. From the living-dining area you have a fantastic view of the beach. You can also enjoy the sunrise from the terrace and/or dine on it.
