Comfortable apartment near the beach and with shared pool in Playa de Gandía welcomes 6 people
Coming back from the beach you can take a refreshing dip in the chlorine shared pool which sizes 12 x 13 metres and has a depth from 1.10 to 1.90 metres. The little ones can also enjoy the children pool which sizes 7 x 8 metres and has a 0.30 metres depth. Once in the apartment, you can have lunch or dinner at the furnished terrace with pool views.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with elevator. It is comfortably furnished to enjoy a nice vacation, and it is quite ample and luminous. You can watch TV on the comfortable sofa in the living - dining room. The dining area has capacity for 6 people. the kitchen is independent and its basically equipped to cook during your vacation and it includes an induction hob, an electric coffee machine and an oven. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board in the accommodation. There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with two single beds, and the last one with a trundle bed for two people. If you are travelling with a baby we can also prepare a cot and a high chair. There are also two bathrooms in the apartment. The first one is the first bedroom en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second shower bathroom completes the accommodation equipment.

This apartment is near the port and the fishing village Called Grau de Gandía. It is the prefect location to enjoy our soft Mediterranean weather, have a walk along the promenade, sunbathe on the great beach which has been awarded with the blue flag and the Q quality label, or revel in our sea food products just caught.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

Pets are not allowed.
