Welcome to this bright apartment overlooking the tree-lined promenade. This property is located in the coastal area of Gandia Beach, and capacity for 4 people plus 2 extra spaces.

The apartment features a furnished terrace to enjoy dinner with family while feeling the sea breeze terrace. The outside of the community has a chlorine 11x6 m with a depth of 1.5 to 2 m swimming pool. You will also find a children's pool, an outdoor shower and a fenced-in private lawn garden with an area of 50m2, where you can enjoy sunbathing.

The cozy living room and the furnished dining room, where you can enjoy watching a movie or reading a book, are in the same space. In the living room there are 2 extra spaces available at no additional cost, as the couch converts into a double bed. The kitchen has all the utensils and appliances needed to enjoy cooking as if you were at home, including gas stove. The laundry area has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The property has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. Both rooms have a wardrobe and 1 fan each. There are a total of 3 ceiling fans in the house. If needed, there is 1 crib. You have access to 1 bathroom with bathtub in the apartment.

In the surroundings of the property you have a wide sandy beach at the tip of your fingers, where you can enjoy water sports. You can also recharge your batteries in one of the restaurants, bars and ice cream shops in the area. On Sunday evenings, there is a market in the promenade just below the house.

Note: We can not accept youth groups under 25 years for this apartment (this does not count for families with children). We need to know the ages of all travelers, in order to accept any booking. We might ask for copies of all passports.

Your pet is welcome to this property as along as it does not weight more than 20kg.
The holding of events is not allowed in the property.
