The terrace is the perfect place to enjoy of exquisite breakfasts, feeling the gentle breeze and the smell of the sea. Imagine every morning taking a juice, a coffee or a tea and spotting the clear color of its waters, before preparing to take a short walk to the shore and spend a great day at the beach.

This third floor apartment, with elevator, has a combination of styles between modernity and traditional. The living-dining room is ideal to relax having both lunch or dinner together and watching TV. The kitchen is independent and offers gas hob, everything you need to cook and washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bedrooms with wardrobe. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds. On request, you can have 4 fans, a crib and a high chair. Finally, there is a bathroom with shower that serves all the accommodation.

Miramar is a beautiful village known for its nice and peaceful fine sand and crystal-clear waters, that is located at only 700 meters away. In the centre of the village, you will find everything needed for a pleasant and independent stay as, for instance, grocery store, bars, restaurants or clothing stores, among others. And, if you feel like having fun, the golf course of Oliva Nova is located at only 14 km.

Note: This renting cannot accept guests under 30 years old, except when they travel with their parents. We do need copies of the ID of each person to be able to accept the booking.
