This beautiful apartment is located in a cozy urbanization that offers a shared chlorine 12 x 6 meter pool with a depth ranging from 1.30 to 2.20 metres and a garden area where you can relax when you return from the beach. The apartment also has a private terrace where you can have a drink at sunset while you contemplate the peaceful views.

The apartment, although without a lift, is located on the first floor. It offers all the necessary comforts for a fabulous vacation and a cozy and modern style. The living room - dining room - kitchen offers a sofa where you can rest and watch TV; dining table for 4 people; and kitchen with ceramic hob and everything you need to cook. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the second with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is another bathroom with a bathtub for the rest of the accommodation. The apartament has ducted air conditioning - heat pump. In addition, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair if you are travelling with your baby.

The urbanization in which the apartment is located is very familiar. It is also located just a few minutes from the beach and about 1.6 km from the Oliva Nova golf course. Finally, all the essential services for a good vacation such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants are nearby.
