This cozy, first sea line apartment with shared pool is in Playa de Gandia and offers accommodation to 4 till 6 guests.
You will have access to a 20m x 10m shared chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.2m to 2.1m. The children will enjoy the kid's pool with a depth of 0.6m. After a long day on the beach you may fancy an exterior shower and a bath in the pool.

The accommodation is on the second floor with lift and has a private terrace with marvelous sea and beach views. The sofa in the living area can be prepared as a bed for two additional guests. The well equipped kitchen features all basic amenities for cooking, including a vitro hob, washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bedrooms, one with double bed and the second room with two twins. The bath comes with bathtub and bidet. If you visit us during the winter, you will be provided with three electric radiators on request. Besides, we can supply one cot and one high chair.

Playa de Gandia is a fine grained, long sand beach with lots of services for your holiday. Gandia's Playa de Nort is approximately 3 km long. There you can rent sun loungers and parasols, take a walk on the sea promenade and have a coffee or a meal in one of the bars and restaurants. The center of Gandia is very picturesque and is famous for the Church Colegiata de Santa María from the 13th Century, the nice town hall, the Santa Clara Convent, the Archaeological Museum and the Ducal Palace.

The pool is opened during the whole year but please keep in mind that it is not heated. The opening hours are from 09:00h to 22:00h with a break between 15:00h and 17:00h.
